HIV-Early Intervention Services--Bibb County (M-F-8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.) (FULL-TIME)

HIV/EIS shall serve as the HIV resource person within the agency offering individuals:  HIV prevention educational groups, risk reduction counseling, HIV counseling and testing, services coordination and referral to appropriate medical and social services.  HIV EIS will develop and enhance relationships with other healthcare providers.  HIV EIS shall develop outreach strategies to bring testing and education to high risk and at-risk populations beyond the walls of the agency.  HIV EIS shall submit monthly/quarterly reports.

Qualifications: Previous experience in the Mental Health field or Substance Abuse field. Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field preferred and experience working with HIV clients. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
